Do you offer returns or refunds?
Unopened jars can go back within 14 days. Opened ones we cannot resell, since this goes directly on skin, so those are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
That said, if the product arrives damaged, the order is wrong, or something is genuinely off with the jar, contact us within 30 days and we will replace it or refund you.
How do I actually use it?
Give the jar a quick stir when it arrives, the oils settle in transit. Then scoop a small amount and work it into your chest, forearms, neck and pulse points while your skin is still slightly damp from the shower.
That is it. It absorbs in seconds, no rubbing it in for a minute. Damp skin is the whole trick, it locks the scent in and is the difference between four hours and twelve.
Is it greasy or heavy like normal lotions?
No. It sinks in and leaves a dry, matte finish, so you can get dressed straight after without it transferring to your shirt.
